Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at OH Corporate Resources Consulting located in Circleville, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with general office tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also handle incoming and outgoing communications, handle confidential information with discretion, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
