Our employees are the cornerstone of our success, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager of our Rolling Products to develop, execute and own strategy for our product lines under Clopay, Cornell & Cookson brands. This role will be responsible for management of our current line, as well as future innovation. This will include developing a deep understanding of the assigned product and target segments to create plans for new product development efforts, product roadmaps and promotional initiatives as well as product management responsibilities.The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in new product ideation & commercialization, possess natural curiosity, and has the ability to deeply understand segmented audiences and translate their needs into our product marketing business strategy.Essentials Functions/Accountabilities: Market research to identify new product and market opportunities and define them to the organization.Ability to create financial analysis, forecasts, pricing strategies and competitive analysis for new product initiatives.Own and perform product portfolio management for assigned segment, identifying potential gaps and prospects within channels and markets.Lead cross-functional teams to introduce new products to the market in accordance with launch schedules.Gather competitive intelligence and amass for easy reference.Utilize StageGate process for New Product Development initiativesDevelopment of marketing plans including product launches, technical documentation, demonstrations, and promotions as required.Work with Sales and Marketing Communications teams to develop effective marketing campaigns for launched products.Clopay Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insurance
