Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within Walmart, focusing on the intimates, activewear, maternity, shapewear, bras, and panties categories.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart to understand their priorities, anticipate their needs, and position our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to identify white space opportunities and develop products that align with Walmart's requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct regular visits to Walmart stores and interact with customers to gain insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on Walmart or similar retail accounts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with Walmart or other large retailers, preferably within the intimates, activewear, maternity, shapewear, bras, and panties categories.
  • Strong understanding of Walmart's processes, including retail link, private label, and category management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Retail Link and MS Suite.
  • 2-3+ years of people management experience.
  • Certifications or training related to sales or account management.
