They are currently seeking an Engineering Manager who can lead and inspire a diverse team of automation and manufacturing engineers. Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory:

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and programmers, fostering creativity and drive
  • Provide structured feedback to help the team meet both their personal goals and the company's objectives
  • Ensure all department members are aligned with and adhering to company policies

Project Management:

  • Gain a deep understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and business strategies
  • Collaborate with the President in weekly meetings to track progress on projects and resolve challenges
  • Manage exciting automation projects using the Stage Gate process
  • Design and build custom machines and solutions
  • Handle ad-hoc engineering tasks and technical work as needed

Support Manufacturing:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
  • Design and build fixtures and tooling for manufacturing
  • Conduct studies to improve efficiency, quality, and performance
