🚀 We’re hiring a Managing Director USAPoppies Bakeries / Delizza is looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to drive the sustainable and profitable growth of our US business — a $80M organization based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.As Managing Director USA, you will: ✔ Lead our professional US team across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain & HR ✔ Drive revenue growth together with the Commercial Director, keeping a close eye on margins and commercial costs (advertising, listing fees, promotions, etc.) ✔ Optimize cost efficiency with the Operations Director by focusing on KPIs like productivity, waste, and overweight ✔ Safeguard financial health in collaboration with the Finance Manager ✔ Set and present annual budgets with your leadership team for approval by Poppies Bakeries ✔ Steer investment plans and ensure cost-effective execution ✔ Strengthen our people & culture together with HR, through clear objectives, performance management, and growth conversations ✔ Build strong partnerships with local authorities and institutions ✔ Shape and execute the long-term vision for our US operations, including make/buy strategies, innovation, and development initiativesYou will report directly to the CEO of Poppies Bakeries and play a pivotal role in our international growth journey.📍 Location: Rocky Mount, North Carolina🌎 Impact: Leading the US operations of a global bakery group
