Job Description:
Our client, a large Energy company, is undergoing a transformation in their identity and access management processes to enhance security and efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Training Developer and Facilitator to lead the development and implementation of training programs during this transition.
The Training Developer and Facilitator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs related to the new access management protocols. This role will ensure that all employees across the organization understand and can effectively implement the new access procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate training, change management, and a deep understanding of access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Create detailed training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops, tailored to various employee roles and departments.
- Facilitation and Delivery: Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring clear communication and understanding of new access procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Security, and other relevant departments to align training content with organizational goals and technical requirements.
- Change Management: Work with the Change Management team to develop strategies to support smooth adoption of new access protocols, addressing potential resistance and fostering a culture of compliance and security awareness.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training effectiveness and relevance. Adjust training materials and methods as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and overall program effectiveness. Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Support and Resources: Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or issues related to the new access procedures. Develop and distribute additional resources as needed to support ongoing learning and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate training, ideally within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of access control systems and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
