We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to help facilitate the recruiting process by providing technical, logistical, and administrative support to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and CEC stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which may include virtual interviews, panel, in-person or career recruiting events

Scheduling debrief sessions for Hiring Managers and recruiters

Initiating candidate assessments, sending candidate reminder notifications etc.

Attend in-person interviews, take notes and provide feedback

Ensure CEC applicants have a positive experience throughout the hiring process while promoting CEC as an Employer of Choice

Collaborate with HR and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to improve efficiencies in the candidate workflow process

Screen applicants for basic qualifications, validating complete application materials, and following up with candidates as needed to confirm relevant qualifications

Assisting HR in capturing accurate recruiting data and sharing with business partners and recruiting team members

Other recruiting administrative projects or tasks as assigned


REQUIREMENTS


Experience working in Microsoft Office

Previous scheduling or recruiting coordinator experience

Experience in customer service or sales / client relations

Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition environment

Proven time management skills and strong ability to prioritize

Ability to learn new systems and technology tools

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to travel to various job fairs, universities etc.


EDUCATION


High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree a plus


PHYSICAL DEMANDS


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
