GlobalSource IT is working with a direct end client in the Sheboygan, WI area that is looking for a strategic Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies and objectives, particularly in the HR domain. 2-3 days a week onsite is needed.


  • The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, Workday system integration, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies for HR-related systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and key business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to HR teams on HRIS best practices, trends, and innovations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership regarding new system features, integrations, and technology choices.
