Director, International Business


Job Responsibilities:

  • Start-up international business for AccuPath through forming a sustainable business development strategy.
  • Identify any new business opportunities through his/her own network.
  • Work closely with GM to set and implement annual business goals.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with external stakeholders and key customers to sustain the business.
  • Build a commercial team in US as appropriate subject to the cadence of achieving the core business goals.
  • Support in investment evaluation projects including but not limited to conducting market research, portfolio evaluation, collaboration with external investors and etc.
  • Collaborate with core management team in the Headquarters.


Qualifications and other requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Medical Devices, or related fields.
  • More than 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in management.
  • Extensive sales with experience in the medical device materials industry in US.
  • Being familiar with international markets, especially North America, South America, and Europe, with successful market expansion experience.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skill.
  • Robust experience and capability of building from scratch and new market development.
  • Ability to leverage internal and external resources.
  • Being accountable and driving core initiatives independently.
  • Willing to travel frequently including domestic and international.
  • Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus, not required).
