The role of Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing components and materials for new and existing customer projects, collaborating with suppliers to identify the best products at competitive prices, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.


Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the sourcing of packaging to develop the company's offerings and address packaging briefs.
  • Proactively engage with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and responding efficiently.
  • Identify and approve new packaging suppliers and distributors.
  • Create and regularly update the packaging catalog.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and packaging suppliers/distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Attend packaging trade shows.


To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or comparable experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a related purchasing role with strong packaging knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels; open-minded with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Team player capable of working across multiple functions and cultures.
