T3 Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 3 Engineer to support our ongoing Azure migration projects and other managed service provider (MSP) tasks. This is a 6-month contract position based at our office in Longwood, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Azure Migration:
• Lead and execute Azure migrations for small to medium-sized businesses (1-40 users).
• Migrate local fileservers and domain controllers to Azure Entra and SharePoint.
• Configure and optimize Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues.
• Network Engineering:
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Sophos firewalls and Netgear switches.
• Configure network devices, implement security policies, and monitor network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• MSP Support:
• Provide advanced technical support for a variety of MSP services.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency in network engineering, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with Sophos firewalls and Netgear switches. (Plus)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
