About the Role:

As an Outplacement Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our outplacement services, ensuring quality and compliance across our processes. This role combines administrative expertise with a passion for helping individuals succeed. You'll work closely with coaches, team leads, and other professionals to deliver exceptional career transition support.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Team: Collaborate with coaches and team leads on individual and group projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee the outplacement dashboard to monitor job postings, participant engagement, and employer partner activities.
  • Be a Point of Contact: Welcome career center visitors with a friendly demeanor, manage incoming calls, and ensure accurate communication across teams.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update talent databases, keeping candidate information current and organized.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions for participants and employer partners.
  • Foster Connections: Assist with job fairs, candidate marketing initiatives, and resume development to support participants.
  • Provide Insights: Prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of career transition services and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends to provide relevant support to participants.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet-based tools.
  • Ability to monitor processes, identify discrepancies, and provide constructive feedback.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment, career coaching, or workforce development is a plus.
