Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager / Director of Operations with a strong background in hotel management and commercial real estate to oversee and enhance operations at multiple properties within the Atlanta and Greenville markets. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and financial analysis across diverse asset classes.


Simply put -- The person who fills this role will spend half of their time working with our hotel operation's team to maximize their efficiencies and half their time within various CRE projects we have going on.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive business efficiency and profitability across hotel and real estate portfolios.
  • Mentor and support hotel general managers to achieve excellence in property management and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risks in the retail, office, and multifamily sectors.
  • Negotiate and manage deals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the hospitality and real estate industries.
  • Travel regularly between Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC to manage operations, team performance, and stakeholder engagements.


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in operational leadership within the hotel industry and/or CRE space; previous experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple assets, including hotels and commercial real estate properties (Retail, Office, etc.)
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to travel between Atlanta and Greenville as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field.
