What you will be doing

  • Provide administrative support to C-suite executives.
  • Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring the logistics are frictionless
  • Handle expense reporting associated with travel, office management, and as assigned.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Anticipate and prepare materials needed for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and requests to optimize the CEO's time.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the CEO at his discretion from time to time.


What you need

  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • An ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with often-changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus.
