Position Overview: As an Account Executive specializing in Inside Sales, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to small businesses within the 0 – 100 million dollars revenue range. This is not your traditional sales position; instead, you will focus on fostering relationships with potential and existing members, primarily through web-based leads, renewals, and re-engagement efforts.


  • Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for managed accounts.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with members.
  • Facilitate negotiations and secure membership renewals.
  • Provide support and assistance to managed accounts regarding inquiries, resources, etc.
  • Achieve or surpass individual annual revenue targets.
  • Remain actively involved and informed about Chamber policy initiatives and advocacy endeavors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chamber's small business membership team.
  • Stay informed, engaged, and proficient in articulating Chamber policy priorities and advocacy efforts.


Must Have Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Superior relationship management experience and sales skills.
  • Demonstrated phone sales ability with a record of meeting sales goals.
