Position Overview: As an Account Executive specializing in Inside Sales, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to small businesses within the 0 – 100 million dollars revenue range. This is not your traditional sales position; instead, you will focus on fostering relationships with potential and existing members, primarily through web-based leads, renewals, and re-engagement efforts.
- Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for managed accounts.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with members.
- Facilitate negotiations and secure membership renewals.
- Provide support and assistance to managed accounts regarding inquiries, resources, etc.
- Achieve or surpass individual annual revenue targets.
- Remain actively involved and informed about Chamber policy initiatives and advocacy endeavors.
- Collaborate closely with the Chamber's small business membership team.
- Stay informed, engaged, and proficient in articulating Chamber policy priorities and advocacy efforts.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role.
- Superior relationship management experience and sales skills.
- Demonstrated phone sales ability with a record of meeting sales goals.
