Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, along with external partners and agencies, serving as the primary marketing liaison for Zomee leadership.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous optimization of Zomee’s marketing strategies, leveraging data and customer insights to drive effectiveness.
  • Champion the Zomee brand by enhancing Zomee’s website experience, creative direction, media presence, and market positioning while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with business analyst and leadership team to develop and manage the marketing budget and forecasts. - Direct all go-to-market strategies and execution, including product launches, campaign development, and ongoing operational marketing needs.
  • Expand Zomee’s brand presence across paid, owned and earned media channels, regularly analyzing and optimizing performance for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team through regular coaching, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews, fostering their professional growth and team success.


Qualifications & Qualities:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • A visionary leader with deep expertise in marketing best practices and the ability to guide the team towards innovative solutions.
  • A hands-on manager who leads by example, coaching and working alongside the team to achieve success.
  • A highly detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to create effective cross-team collaboration.
