The PMO will oversee the execution and delivery of PV projects at RSI, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals. This role will be responsible for leading the project management team, implementing project management best practices, and driving the successful completion of projects within scope, time, and

budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, leadership, and stakeholder management across multiple departments, including business development, engineering, construction, and operations & maintenance (O&M). This role requires a strong focus on achieving client satisfaction, fostering

collaboration across teams, and ensuring quality delivery on complex commercial and technical projects.


Core responsibilities include:


• Leadership and Team Management (20%): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers to ensure high-quality project execution. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management department. Ensure proper allocation of resources across projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Project Controls and Governance (20%): Implement and standardize project management tools, processes, and methodologies across the organization. Establish project KPIs to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards, as well as relevant industry regulations and safety guidelines.

• Project Planning and Execution (20%): Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation. Manage multiple large-scale, cross functional

projects, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines. Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Business Development Support (20%): Collaborate with the business development team to identify new project opportunities and develop proposals that meet client needs. Provide technical and project management insights

during the bidding process, ensuring realistic project schedules and budgets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

• Stakeholder and Risk Management (10%): When necessary, take lead as primary point of contact for all project-related issues, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership on project performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Collaboration (10%): Work closely with the engineering, construction, and O&M teams to ensure seamless project handoff from one phase to the next. Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to align on project

budgets, contract management, and vendor negotiations. Drive alignment between business development and operations to support project lifecycle success.


Requirements of the Position: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 10+years of project management experience in industries such as construction, energy, or engineering. Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams on multi-million-dollar projects. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and resource allocation. As a supervisory position, the PMO is an in-office work schedule, eligible for limited telework after initial 6-month probationary period.


Supervisory Controls: PMO is a direct report to the RSI Managing Director. PMO is an in person or hybrid-lite position. PMO is a supervisory position, supervising between 4-8 Project Managers. PMO is expected to work 40-45 hours/week, with core hours being Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM, and available to support non-standard overtime hours as necessary.


Evaluation Factors: PMO is an executive level position, with performance tied to company level objectives.


Pay Scale: PMO compensation is negotiable, highly dependent on applicant knowledge, skills and abilities. Range for this position is set at $130k-$160k/year + up to 25% annual bonus structure tied to company level KPIs. Package includes 5% 401k match and employer sponsored health/vision/dental and life insurance options.
