Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in their homes to discuss their flooring needs
  • Provide customers with expert advice and guide them through the selection process
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Accurately measure rooms, provide quotes, and complete sales orders
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Receiving comprehensive and ongoing sales training from day one to ensure your success

Requirements

  • No experience required We will train you
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to take control of your own earnings
  • Able to work weekdays and Saturdays
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
