As a Talent Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by managing the recruitment of top-tier Loan Originators and fostering strong relationships with realtors to generate valuable leads. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies for attracting and hiring talented Loan Originators while also enhancing our network with real estate professionals to expand business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract high-caliber candidates for loan originators positions through diverse channels including job boards, phone calls, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new loan originators, oering guidance and resources to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with real estate agents and agencies to cultivate a network of referral sources.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and local real estate meetings to connect with realtors, promoting the company’s services and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with realtors to understand their needs, provide tailored mortgage solutions, and drive mutual business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, lead generation results, and relationship management eorts to senior management.
  • Ensure all recruitment and lead generation activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or business development within the mortgage or real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful recruitment and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, CRM systems, and Microso Oce Suite. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment and lead generation plans.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
