Must Haves:
- 2+ years of health insurance experience overall

- Ability to work 10-15 hours of overtime during open enrollment period
- Ability to work onsite in Tampa (33647)
Day to Day:
We are seeking experienced and licensed Insurance Agents to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be selling and assisting beneficiaries with their plan during open enrollment season. You will guide and help members pick the right Medicare plan based off what they need.
Responsibilities:
- Taking roughly 20-25 inbound calls per day with average time being 30-40 minutes per call
- Assist beneficiaries with their Medicare questions, plans, and needs
- Depending on capacity, conduct outbound calls to perform follow-ups to members
Compensation:
$23/hr to $25/hr + retention bonus
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
