You’ll be immersed in a range of tasks, gaining valuable experience while supporting a small but highly influential team of professionals in the Seattle area.


Key Responsibilities:


Hardware and Software Support (Windows and Mac):

  • Handle end-to-end lifecycle management of devices, including procurement, setup, inventory, and decommissioning.
  • Install and configure software, such as AzureAD, Office 365, AV/EDR, and other essential tools.
  • Migrate user data, configure backups, ensure network access, and document configurations.
  • Monitor event and security logs, managing firmware updates and addressing patch management needs.
  • Detect and resolve malware and phishing issues through various platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system performance and usability issues for both Windows and Mac systems.


Mobile Device Management:

  • Set up and maintain iOS devices for staff, including iCloud configurations.
  • Provide training on MFA and other mobile authentication tools.


Conference Room & Audio-Visual Support:

  • Ensure smooth operation of AV systems, particularly Zoom-enabled conference rooms.
  • Manage guest WiFi access and assist with printer setups.
  • Oversee the iPad-based room booking system for conference spaces.


Upcoming Projects:

  • Build a new ticketing system from the ground up.
  • Implement new security protocols across the company.
  • Develop a comprehensive device management strategy.
