In the role of Product Specialist- Inside Sales, you will be expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities described below:

 

Job duties include:

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through various channels
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and address client needs.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients, understanding their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and deal progress.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide valuable insights from client interactions to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Manage outside sales representatives
  • Attend appropriate seminars and conferences as needed
  • Travel with sales team to educate and train dealer network
