Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with realtors, partners, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new partnerships and the nurturing of existing ones, allowing our Loan Officers to focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients.


Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our network of realtor and partner relationships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnership with real estate agencies, builders, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Manager Business Development Reps to ensure is hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with partners to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update partners on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Loan Officers and Marketing, to support business development initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partner relationships and business development efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our presence and reputation in the market.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan origination processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including real estate professionals, builders, and community organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
