We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Healthcare IT Division as an Onboarding Specialist. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees.

As a vital part of our daily business your core responsibilities will include:

Processing new hire paperwork for external employees including running background checks, drug screens and I-9 Forms.

Sending external employee’s agreements, offer letters, and contracts.

Guiding new consultants through the hiring and onboarding process

Providing administrative support to external and internal employees

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Assist Payroll department to ensure consultant timesheets are in on time and correct.

Assist in the communication between Sales Managers and Recruiters by sitting on calls/meetings and being able to answer questions as needed.

Become a subject matter expert on Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and assist internal and external employees with submissions and any other issues that may arise.

Assisting with projects as needed for the Sales and Recruiting Team


Skills/Proficiencies

Most of the responsibilities of this role are trainable, but an intermediate to high level of proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is highly desired.

People successful in this role must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.

Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Strong grammar, writing skills and comfortability speaking to consultants on phones.

Detail-oriented self-starter.

Experience in a fast paced, efficiency focused environment is a plus.
