Our global client, a leader in solar manufacturing, is expanding their operations in Southlake, TX, and is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead their high-performing Inside Sales team to new heights


Title: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $80K base + commission and bonus

Type: Direct Hire

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire the Inside Sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to capture new markets and expand our footprint in the solar industry.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted leader.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for your team, providing guidance on business development, client engagement, and sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing and technical staff—to create customized proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Lead high-impact presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions with both clients and internal leadership.
  • Take ownership of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, leveraging tools like SalesForce to drive decision-making.
  • Innovate and refine our go-to-market strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong track record of success in sales management (minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales leadership).
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Deep understanding of business development and client relationship management, particularly in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a compelling way.
  • Experience working with SalesForce and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for the renewable energy sector and a drive to make a positive impact on the world
