The Duties will include:
- Duties include job start-up safety evaluation, ongoing safety compliance management (including pre-task plan audits/site walk- downs), and job safety close out activities. These duties include the generation and retention of job site/area safety reports and preparation of specific safety documents, as required or
- Create and manage safety toolbox meetings at the job sites.
- Conduct job site hazards analysis and document in the form of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), or Integrated Work Document (IWD)
- Attend all safety-related meetings and serve as the contact for customers, employees, and subcontractor safety issues and concerns.
- Manage site accident/incident/near miss reporting including corrective and preventive action, as required. Lead the incident investigation and conduct a root cause analysis with the involvement of the Area/Corporate EH&S
- Responsible for the completion of Job Site Safety Survey
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous construction safety experience
- Current OSHA 500 Certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, Health or related field required
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) preferred
