Primary Duties:

  • Leadership & Oversight: Guide project teams through critical implementation tasks, working alongside internal departments such as Sales, Data Analysis, Software Development, Product Strategy, Services, and Support.

  • Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with key customer executives and domain experts, ensuring the alignment of customer goals with the company's offerings.

  • Project Strategy & Risk Mitigation: Develop comprehensive project schedules, anticipating potential obstacles, and proactively addressing risks to ensure successful project delivery on time.

  • Solution Execution: Supervise the end-to-end delivery of AI-based solutions, from initial research and requirements definition to final deployment and integration.

  • Customer Adoption & Success: Champion the uptake of the company's solutions, providing training, gathering client feedback, and advocating for product improvements based on customer needs.

  • Business Impact & Value Delivery: Ensure that client engagements result in measurable business value, tracking success metrics and ensuring positive outcomes.

  • Account Development: Manage client accounts to identify new opportunities for further engagement, upselling, and long-term partnership growth.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to refine products and services based on insights gathered from client feedback and use cases.

  • Continuous Development: Work with leadership to enhance best practices and drive ongoing improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to client locations may be necessary to support on-site project implementation and client interactions (dependent on project needs).

Qualifications:

  • Professional Background: 3-5 years of experience in managing projects or programs, ideally in the realm of SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex client engagements from inception to completion.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, or similar fields is advantageous.

  • Technical Competence: A solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud-based solutions, data integration, software development, and systems deployment.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.

  • Problem-Solving & Strategic Insight: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on anticipating challenges and mitigating risks in a proactive manner.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A genuine passion for ensuring clients derive maximum value from AI-powered solutions and achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the aptitude to simplify complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management best practices and tools, with the capability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results within budget and deadlines.
