Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Flutter developer experience required and 7+ years of overall Developer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and demonstrated team-player. You will be a Development Architect responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities

  • Designs, analyzes, writes, tests and documents code for new or existing software application.
  • Creates application specifications, diagrams, flow charts and other documentation to support the design and development if needed.
  • Develops innovative technical designs and collaborates with team members to develop and maintain code quality and standards.
  • Facilitates meetings and effectively communicates between different levels of the organization.
  • Leads a team while also contributing to the codebase.
  • Develops and validates the architecture and high-level solution design against business requirements- balancing goals and constraints.
  • Ensures that the applications comply with industry standards and best practices for security, accessibility, and privacy.
  • Works with the development team to ensure that the architecture is scalable, maintainable and meets the needs of the business.
  • Defines and leads technology proof of concepts to ensure feasibility of architecture solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or industry certifications in engineering, computer information systems, or other related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work expertise in Flutter Development and 7+ years experience developing mobile and web applications.
  • Familiar with common Flutter frameworks and APIs.
  • Familiar with common Flutter architecture patterns.
  • Experience with iOS and Android builds and deploys to TestFlight and Test Track.
  • Skilled in Agile Methodologies of Scrum, Kanban, sprints, and ticket sizing.
