Our client, a financial institution in Mission, KS, is seeking a Guest Services Associate available for front desk coverage. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support)


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate scheduling and booking of conference rooms
  • Prepare conference rooms with appropriate seating arrangements, materials, and equipment
  • Manage post-meeting breakdown and room restoration
  • Monitor office supply inventory and reorder items as necessary
  • Maintain stock of office supplies (paper, pens, toner, coffee, etc.)
  • Organize and manage storage for office supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of conference rooms and common areas
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location or person
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing office documents


Qualifications


  • HS Diploma or GED required. Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
