HR/MSP Specialist

MSP Specialist (Light Industrial Programs) will provide customer service to all constituents within their assigned client accounts including hiring managers, client HR and Talent partners, agency partners and contingent workers. The MSP Specialist (Light Industrial Programs) will oversee the tactical staffing components of the account including requirements management, timekeeping operations, pay exceptions, reporting administration, data accuracy in our online supplier collaboration tool through auditing processes, and supporting program initiatives as assigned by the Client Success Manager.
Optimal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in staffing industry, with focus on client relations, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize, plan and execute tasks in efficient and professional manner. Ideal candidate will also have experience working in Light Industrial Staffing. Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as well as extensive use of the internet, preferably VMS. requisitioning systems or tools is required.
SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO CAN WORK ONSITE WITH OUR CLIENT 2-3 DAYS A WEEK
Responsibilities:
• Provide immediate front line customer service to management team, suppliers and clients
and maintains thorough and accurate documentation on client and resource interactions
• Utilizing the Elevated Resources platform, ELEVATE; as well as client platforms such as Workday, and all available tools to facilitate the successful end-to-end fulfillment of temporary staffing requirements for assigned accounts within targeted SLAs.
• Maintains and updates electronic records to include changes or status updates, accurate compliance fields and validates entries to ensure accuracy
• Provides guidance and training on process and platform to account constituents including client hiring managers, resources and supplier partners
• Responds, documents and answers inbound calls and emails in a timely manner and according to SLA’s utilizing available systems, policies, processes and guidelines.
• Provides Tier 1 issue resolution and escalates appropriately, any Tier 2 or Tier 3 or above issues, to Client Success Manager via the case management system and includes all relevant information on the issue/scenario requiring advanced solutions
• Provides account reporting and status updates as required
• Makes recommendations to improve processes and delivery efficiencies where applicable
• Maintains and continually increases knowledge of supported software solutions
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High School/GED required
• Experience in staffing. Managing client and vendor relations and HR or Recruiting Coordinator experience is highly desirable
- Experience working in light industrial staffing is highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience required
• Must thrive in a process driven environment with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take on administrative and project tasks independently
• Comfortable navigating and administrating online software
• Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP) and Powerpoint
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations
• Excellent follow up and time management skills are a must
