This is a contract to hire opportunity looking to start immediately. Please only apply if you're available to start right away.


Pay: $21-22hr


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and the broader team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries and coordinating client meetings.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • Handle office supply inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, such as conferences and seminars.
  • Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
