Senior Buyer

We’re seeking a proactive Senior Buyer with manufacturing experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage purchasing activities, negotiate costs, and maintain strong supplier relationships. You’ll also handle supplier scorecards, oversee bidding processes, and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement to support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Track orders, follow up with vendors, and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform cost analyses, negotiate pricing, and improve savings without compromising quality
• Forecast purchasing needs and manage supplier performance and development
• Collaborate closely with planning, operations, and stakeholders to solve supply chain issues and optimize processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Administration or related field)
• 5+ years in purchasing for manufacturing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation, planning, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred

Compensation: Around $80K+, depending on experience and industry background.
