First-year earnings range from $45K to $85K through a combination of base, bonus, and uncapped commission, with top performers having the potential to earn over $200K. Various opportunities are available for outside sales compensation plans.

Job Description:
Work with your existing lead sources and connections along with an office of captured Realtors to connect with potential insurance buyers to sell home, auto, flood and all personal lines insurance. Offer products from top carriers like Progressive, Sagesure, Allied Trust, Hartford, Travelers, Safeco and many more to connect client with an insurance solution that fits their needs.
Training is on site at our Galleria location, permanent sales location is out of the Lake Houston Real Estate office.
Job Duties Include:
Quoting and presenting quality insurance products to potential clients
Advising and guiding client on potential coverage and pricing questions
Issuing Home, Auto, Flood and other Personal Lines insurance
Documenting all activity in management system
Collecting relevant documents and signatures for compliance
collecting premiums for policy issuance
Marketing products and services to potential clients and lead sources
presenting insurance solutions to industry professionals including Lenders and Real Estate officers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Required:
Minimum 2 years of high volume independent service.
Texas P&C License – must provide copy of license at time of interview
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Prior use of Client or Account Management System
Preferred:
Previous Experience with EPIC or other Applied Product
DocuSign
RoboForm or Password Manager
Insurance Policy Rater like EZ Lynx or Epic Quotes
Salesforce or other CRM
Compensation:
Salary based on prior years experience with Independent Agency
Commission for New and Renewal Business
Bonus based on a variety of performance metrics including hitting quarterly goals and revenue retained.
