4+ years of Buying, Product Development or Merchant experience in apparel or performance wear is required.


Are you passionate about driving product strategy and achieving sales growth? We are seeking an experienced Merchant to join our team. In this key role, you will analyze sales and assortments, evaluate competitors' offerings, and develop strategic product and pricing recommendations. Your insights will be crucial in identifying new product opportunities and guiding our merchandising efforts to ensure alignment with our brand and financial goals.


As a Merchant, you will utilize your industry knowledge to identify opportunities for new product initiatives and drive sales growth. You will build and manage product and fabric roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally to develop products that meet target margins, and finalize assortments, colors, sizing, and pricing. You will also partner with Inventory Planning to forecast sales, manage product reorders, and determine pricing strategies. Additionally, you will ensure product quality by working closely with design and product development teams and provide leadership and development feedback to grow the merchandising team.
