Position Summary

Our client, who is in the manufacturing space, is looking for an ERP Technology Specialist to support the integration of systems, data, and workflows during a merger and acquisition. This role will partner with a dedicated project manager and serve as the technical arm of the project, focusing on data migration, ERP and CRM system alignment, and technology transition. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a generalist skill set, and experience with ERP platforms, preferably Dynamics 365.


Responsibilities

Technology Transition and Support

  • Oversee the transition of technology assets, including shipping, provisioning, and setting up new equipment
  • Ensure training and support are in place for new users as part of the technology migration

Data Migration and Systems Integration

  • Manage data migration processes between platforms, including M365 to internal ERP and CRM systems
  • Establish and execute data pipelines for customer profiles, order profiles, and procurement data
  • Stand up and align additional ERP functionality to meet operational needs and capabilities

Workflow and Business Process Alignment

  • Understand the organization's workflows and business processes to leverage current systems effectively
  • Identify and address deltas between systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with CRM and ERP teams to execute data migration and integration tasks
  • Act as a technical resource for the Project Manager, supporting execution and decision-making
  • Lead technical discussions and resolve issues related to ERP integration

Technical Execution

  • Ensure ERP processes such as order-to-cash and procurement workflows are integrated and functional
  • Manage system administration tasks and support technology implementation across teams
  • Facilitate hardware allocation and replacement, coordinating with internal teams


Minimum Experience

  • Strong background in ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and data migration processes
  • Experience in manufacturing environments
  • Expertise in data migration, including data tables and system integration
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash and procurement processes within ERP systems
  • General knowledge of system administration and ability to adapt to various technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical challenges
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working across departments and teams


Salary / Wage Range

$50.00—$60.00/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The Doyle Group offers a competitive rewards package, which includes a 401k, healthcare coverage and other benefits.
