Location: Los Angeles/South Bay Area, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our dedicated team. This position offers room to grow and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, results-oriented environment.
Position Summary:
As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to attorneys, management, and office staff, handling a mix of legal and administrative responsibilities. The role requires a positive, detail-oriented individual who is organized, proactive, and committed to providing excellent client service. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing deadlines, coordinating case calendars, and supporting the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with case management, including preparing and organizing legal documents, filings, and discovery
- Manage court filings (eFiling) and meet filing deadlines, ensuring compliance with court rules and requirements
- Maintain and update the office calendar, including scheduling client meetings, depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Organize and manage both hard-copy and electronic filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
- Assist with drafting and reviewing correspondence, pleadings, motions, and discovery shells
- Coordinate remote court appearances via LA CourtConnect and CourtCall
- Prepare materials and files for attorneys prior to hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment for client interactions and meetings
- Handle various administrative tasks, including writing correspondence and managing mailings
- Contribute to office projects and assist with tasks that support the team’s objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- High organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Experience with Google Calendar, Clio, and familiarity with managing litigation deadlines preferred
- High school diploma required; advanced degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Strong team player with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
