As the Donor Database Manager, you will be an integral part of the Development Team with primary responsibilities being database management, gift processing, prospect research and report preparation.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise all aspects of all monetary and in-kind gift processing:
  • Fund establishment
  • Acknowledgement data
  • Receipt and year-end tax receipt creation
  • Pledge reminder data
  • Solicitation forms
  • Gift reconciliation and year end reporting
  • Data support for all fundraising and engagement efforts, including campaigns and events
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc statistical and analytical reports that may require manipulation and analysis of data and tracks metrics of department activity.
  • Track all details related to donor solicitation meetings, engagement, correspondence, pledges, payment schedules, and pledge proposals
  • Produce all fundraising campaign progress reports
  • Support the capital campaign with standard and customized pipeline reports and develop a campaign dashboard report
  • Responsible for prospect management using Donor Search, and collaborating with front-line fundraisers on prospecting
  • Create segmented mailing lists at the beginning of the fiscal year to be used throughout the year
  • Maintain the integrity of the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database
  • Maintain consistency between donor records and spring fundraiser database (Greater Giving), and paper files
  • Build reports that will increase fundraiser autonomy, analyze admission data, monitor industry trends, and periodically present it to the Advancement Leadership Team and Head of School
  • Complete CASE and other annual reports and school fundraising activities yearly
  • Create annual performance and stewardship reports for our endowment donors
  • Supports the Director of Development & Annual Giving and Alumni Manager in reporting and administrative work
  • Support with all development-related events with event preparation, registration, post-event follow-up, and stewardship
  • Assist with all fundraising and donor related events by managing invitation lists and RSVPs
  • Produce content for the relevant sections of the school’s website, digital and print publications, and social media efforts


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in Donor Database Management
  • Proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
  • Experience in fundraising, gift processing, and data extrapolation and analysis required
  • Fluency in MS Office Suite applications with specific proficiency in Excel
  • Greater Giving Auction Software experience a plus
