Job Title: IT Support Technician (Entry Level)

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to our external customers across various industries. Your typical day will involve resolving IT issues for 25-150 end users, with some clients having as few as two individuals in the office.

Typical Day: Your day will begin with remote support from our office, assisting end users via phone and email. As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities for in-person support as well.

Technical Environment: Our technical environment is Microsoft-centric but diverse, encompassing various client setups.

Must-Haves:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience. Hands-On or School experience
  • Strong customer service skills, adept at supporting end users via phone, email, and eventually in person.
  • Desktop/Help Desk experience (6 months preferred).
  • Technical generalist with a willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Haves:

Relevant certifications would be a plus. (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/CompTIA ITF+ or A+)

Start Date: May to June, flexible based on candidate availability.

Length: Initially a 3-6 month Contract-to-HIRE position.

Salary Range: $21-22 per hour, (Certifications could earn more)
