Day-to-Day

A large pharmaceutical client is looking for a Capital Project Scheduler to support their Boston, MA facility. There may be occasional requests to support the site in person, so we're looking for someone who will be flexible to go onsite as needed.


This person will be joining the Capital Projects team and be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating project schedules for all capital projects. You will integrate outside vendor schedules from Microsoft into the internal standard schedule within P6 and be responsible for constantly updating and distributing to all necessary parties. You will be meeting with Project Managers (about 5) on a weekly basis to keep all schedules consistent and up-to-date, and attend project meetings as necessary. You will also have weekly meetings with the Capital Portfolio Lead to review outstanding issues. Finally, you will be submitting monthly reports detailing out achieved or missed milestones. To be successful in this role, you must be an expert in Primavera P6, have a strong background in capital projects and retro-fit construction (equipment upgrades), have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and a go-getter that is willing to take initiative and drive improvements to ensure overall success of projects.
