Boulder Creek Golf Club and Restaurant is an 18 hole golf course with a clubhouse, golf shop, restaurant and banquet facility. We are open year round. We are a full service restaurant with a full menu. We cater our banquets for 40-200 people.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cook at Boulder Creek Golf Club located in Belmont, MI. The Head Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, creating menus, managing inventory, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a culinary role, with proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations

• Banquet production experience
