Who You Are Consistent track record of solving complex problems in Design for Test/ Test/Yield Improvement/ Quality/ Reliability and Manufacturing domains.
  • Ability to lead data analysis toward decision making
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with highly experienced specialists and junior team members to drive to product outcomes.
  • High level of motivation and energy.
  • Minimum Qualifications BSEE (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the domain: SOC/VLSI/Mixed Signal IC bring-up, production and characterization test and product engineering
  • Must have Semiconductor experience
  • Preferred Qualifications Prior management experience preferred
  • HPC experience is a plus
