Insight Global is seeking a Customer Care Associate for one of our clients who is in the field of education management. Our client is a growing leader in the education space, operating schools and educational programs around the world that span the life of a student from early learning to higher education. This position will be remote, but local to the Knoxville, TN area, and is a six-month contract (with potential to extend) Monday through Friday 12pm-8pm EST.


In this role you will be joining our client's customer care team, supporting all of the VIP tickets that come in and being involved from inception to completion. The calls will be handled by another team, but they will loop you in to handle all communication moving forward. You will be providing updates on their ticket, working with the technical team to see where the ticket is at and if it is completed, working with the VIP customer to make sure their experience is top notch. You will also be responsible for answering any live chats that come through our client's website. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, possesses strong communication skills and has the ability to provide white glove customer service.


Must-haves

- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Experience providing white glove customer service

- Detail oriented

- Experience working with ticketing systems

- Experience working for an education company

- Bilingual in Spanish


Hourly Compensation: Starting at $18/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
