Your new role

As a key member reporting to the Director of Shared Services/Delivery, your role involves managing HR, payroll, and compliance data from ADP and UKG. You’ll design and implement a top-notch payroll and HR technology system aligned with the company’s growth plan, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.


What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3-5 years of UKG product design, development, testing, enhancement, and maintenance in payroll, HR, and benefits.
  • 3-5 years deep technical knowledge in designing, building, and testing ETL tools for loading data from source systems to target UKG platforms.
  • 3-5 years of ADP and ISOL HR product design, development, testing, enhancement, and maintenance (preferred).
  • Ability to transform disparate information into understandable, actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse, and dynamic environment.
