We are seeking an experienced Serious Injury Demand Writer with personal injury experience to join our team. The Demand Writer will be responsible for drafting complete demand packages for insurance companies.


Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting a well-written argument explaining the medical injuries sustained by the client to obtain maximum settlement amount from insurance companies.
  • Reading and understanding medical records/bills
  • Calculating the total damage sustained by the client in medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, and more.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Qualified candidate will have 5+ years related experience in a Personal Injury law firm.
  • Must be familiar with reading medical reports and medical bills.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with serious injury cases.
  • Must be organized and efficient with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent math skills and writing skills.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.
