W2 hourly with benefits/PTOBusiness Analyst/Product Owner/QA5+ Yeaars of Business Analyst experienceRequirements Gathering and User Stories experienceMust have QA Testing experienceDocumentation experienceAzure DevOps (ADO)AhaServiceNow experience is a plusPrinciple DutiesDocument the clients’ business needs in the form of user storiesConduct grooming sessions with full team (users, developers dba’s, needed IT partners, etc.); Facilitate technicalgrooming session with development team to document technical support storiesEvaluates new or enhanced solutions to determine potential issues and communicates how problems may affectbusiness and recommends solutions.Assist with prioritizing work within an iteration and targeted release.Create defect and enhancement items to be added to the backlog, collaborate with software engineer for mutualunderstandingProvide continuous feedback to the development/QA team to ensure automated testing meets expected resultsConducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.Mentors and coaches teammates. Provides oversight and direction regarding resolution of production issueCreates and effectively presents business processes and technical diagrams to a wide audience for sharedunderstandingAssists in evaluation of business requests to determine feasibility, researches and identifies options.
