As a Pneuma Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by effectively managing their SEO projects, fostering strong client relationships, and driving value realization. You will be responsible for overseeing the agency-client relationship, managing project timelines, and delivering exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations.
Expectation Setting and Alignment / Value Management:
- Collaborate with clients to set clear expectations and align project goals with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion within agreed-upon parameters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating multi-threaded communication with stakeholders to ensure all needs are addressed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to leadership when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address any concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
Account Management:
- Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities to hand off to the sales team.
- Actively listen to client feedback to identify potential opportunities for future collaboration and growth.
Client Success:
- Implement strategies to “Delight" clients by delivering on expectations set at the time of campaign kickoff.
- Manage SEO campaigns and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Focus on value fulfillment by continuously evaluating and optimizing the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in SEO services, providing guidance and support to clients as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in the SEO/PPC industry preferably within client management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving value for clients.
- Experience with building agendas, communicating strategy/outcomes and understanding value.
- This role can work hybrid from Fishers, IN or Denver, CO
