Senior Graphic Designer

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Senior Designer you will lead the creative and production process by conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual content across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with brand, growth, and product teams, to ensure designs align with brand strategy and company goals. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and overseeing the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final production. You will also provide strategic input to evolve the brand’s visual identity and ensure all design outputs are effective, visually appealing, and on-brand. This role includes:

Content Creation & Design

• Work directly with the Brand Director and team to brainstorm and produce high quality designed content.
• Design and create emails for campaigns and flows.
• Create ads for Meta, Pinterest, and other digital channels. Work collaboratively with the growth team and paid media buyers.
• Assist with making graphics, illustrations, and stories for social media accounts.
• Design stamps for Made by Mary hand-stamped jewelry.
• Maintain brand style guide for graphic design.
• Support internal design needs (e.g., invitations, events, signage, etc.).

Brand Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Brand Team on new ways to evolve the brand and design strategy.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are strategic, effective, visually appealing, and on-brand.
• Coordinate with copywriter, photographer, and videographer to help creative visions come to life.
• Support the Brand Team in planning and producing photoshoots as needed.

Project Management & Organization

• Take full ownership and accountability of projects assigned; complete assigned tasks on time.
• Listen and positively apply feedback from leaders, peers, and team members.
• Assist in completing projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Organize files and upload all designs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of Graphic Design Experience
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and ecommerce trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An exceptional graphic design portfolio
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Experience working in fast paced, dynamic environments
• Ecommerce or Fashion experience preferred
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing required

Plus (not required)

• Comfortable with Asana or other project management system
• Experience designing and working within Klaviyo
• Experience in participating in photoshoots and styling
