Our client is a multi-billion dollar real estate firm with ownership of several high-profile commercial properties throughout the US.


They are seeking a Property Administrator to join the team and assist with the day-to-day operations of their commercial portfolio.


Responsibilities:


  • Interact with tenants on any inquiries or issues, providing excellent customer service
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Work with the property manager to review and remove property violations
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related documentation, including leases, insurance policies, and maintenance records
  • Oversee Move-in and Move-out coordination
  • Provide administrative support to property management team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in property management or administration in commercial real estate
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in commercial real estate
