The DevSecOps Engineering team ensures that all Dell Digital teams and applications are using the industry standard security products for managing secrets and credentials in Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL). The security products and platforms will be integrated with the DevOps CICD pipeline to improve the developer experience. Engineers will work with platforms, application teams, and architects with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies, and the collaboration of internal and external partners.

As a Full Stack Developer in the DevSecOps space, you will be a part of a team in a very fast paced, agile environment that requires strong technical ability, flexibility, sound judgment and creative thinking.

  1. Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
  2. Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) standards and practices.
  3. Leverage AI capabilities to build AI models and Engines.
  4. Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
  5. Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software


Essential Requirements

  • Strong programming background with mastery skills in at least one programming languages and like Java, .NET, Go or Python (preferred) and databases (MS SQL or Postgres preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, Micro Services and application development.
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming & popular design patterns
  • Experience with Cloud Native Container platforms like Kubernetes, PCF/TAS etc.


Desirable Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience including 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of AI capabilities like LLM’s, Generative AI and knowledge of Embeddings & vector similarities
