Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Corporate Receptionist:

  • Administrate the day-to-day programs associated with the safety and security of our client's employees and non-employees
  • Function as the principal customer-facing security constituent for our client's corporate offices
  • Assist with audits associated with general security procedures, physical security systems, keys, and compliance
  • Minimize the potential for unauthorized access, theft, loss, vandalism, and workplace violence within our client's owned or leased space
  • Work professionally with peers, supervisors, contractors, visitors, and staff from other departments under limited supervision
  • This is a contract position through the end of March


Required Skills for Corporate Receptionist:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Must be able to work onsite in Bolingbrook, IL from Monday to Friday
